This classic painkiller, which has been on the market for over 100 years, has been completely revised. Thanks to its new unique microactive technology, Aspirin now works twice as fast. This is reason enough for a completely new packaging, which not only improves product protection and increases convenience, but also communicates the degree of innovation of the new Aspirin accordingly.
At the forefront of the new packaging system is the cloverleaf-shaped tablet blister. This is based on a sealed-edge pouch technology with a completely new, organically oriented design. On the other hand, which is particularly relevant from an ecological point of view, the focus was on the mono use of aluminium foil. In this way, compatibility with the existing recycling infrastructure has been greatly increased and the current demands for ecologically sustainable “Design for Recycling” packaging solutions have been met. This is a great advantage of our approach to Eco Pack Design, which deals with all packaging criteria relevant today in one context.
In addition, the packaging system is characterized by a multi-chamber folding box, in which package inserts are stored in a separate chamber. This makes it easier to remove the individual packs.
We are particularly proud to have won the German Packaging Award 2014 with this packaging as well as the globally positioned award of the aluminium foil industry for the consistent use of aluminium foil with regard to an ecologically sustainable packaging.
