We are Berndt+Partner Creality, a global agency for brand and packaging design and innovation for food, non-food and OTC products in the fast moving consumer goods sector. We are designers, engineers, conceptual designers, developers, market researchers, tinkerers, strategists and idea providers. An interdisciplinary team with an experience of over 1,000 projects in more than 20 years. We are insiders with an outside perspective. Local and global. Directly for your target group.
We don't design a package, we design an experience. Convince yourself of our packaging designs in the FMCG, non-food and pharmaceutical sectors:
Packaging determines everything we do. Therefore, we offer our services clearly packed in 10 packages, which are based on years of project experience. These are basically oriented along our 2 areas “Design + Branding” and “Innovation + Engineering” as well as along various “Specials” that are particularly in demand. Of course, each package can also be adapted to individual, advanced needs.
Every packaging is different. Your individual needs are therefore decisive for us. So feel free to contact us to discuss your specific initial situation and related issues directly. Our team of experts looks forward to taking a look at your packaging world.
Even classic products such as a sauce hollandaise need a visual refresh to stand out and attract attention in the competitive environment of a store shelf. Thomy Sauce Hollandaise in a new glass bottle reveals the creamy texture of the sauce at a first glance, but that’s not enough. To give customers an additional visual incentive, we redesigned the labels for the sauce’s two different flavors and enriched them with delicious food shots.
Our proud collection of awards and accolades has continued to grow. On September 30, 2021, we received a Silver award at the Pentawards for Gardena eCommerce Packaging. This is already the fourth major honor this year after the three Red Dot Awards. We are overwhelmed and thrilled! First of all, we would like to thank […]
Around the world with a spoon. Tasting local food is one of the must-do’s for any traveler. The new Daily Deli brand builds on this concept and allows us to travel the world with a spoon right from our homes or offices.
International, fresh and delicious – that’s the new innovative Maggi product range under the “Maggi Food Travel” umbrella.
We are very pleased to announce the sensational news that we have won not one, but three RedDot Awards 2021 for our packaging designs, one of which was even named “The Best of The Best”. We are very honored, proud and happy about this recognition and appreciation of our work. A big thank you goes […]
Packaging as an indicator of social needs during the crisis
Berndt+Partner Creality understands brands where they can be experienced: as a product at the POS. That’s why we treat packaging design and innovation holistically. With cross-industry brand know-how, with a deep understanding of consumers through our own market research, with a high level of competence in graphic and structural design, and with a comprehensive understanding of technology. And all from a single source.
The smaller the functional differences in products become, the more important innovative packaging design is as a success factor. In the perfect combination of packaging design and engineering, we have developed a bundle of strategic tools that ensures continuous alignment with market needs and production technology requirements. This close interaction is the key to successful and innovative products and packaging.
Buyers and consumers must be addressed emotionally and rationally. That’s why our interdisciplinary team is made up of consultants, market researchers, designers, final artists and engineers. With holistic thinking, we develop and review effective design across all phases: From the conception of brand identity and brand worlds, the implementation of design concepts in all aspects of form and graphics to the preparation of artwork.
Distinctive packaging design is a complex system of two- and three-dimensional elements that consumers perceive as a whole. That’s why we think design from all perspectives, from the idea to the shelf. To develop an outstanding brand and packaging appearance for a product, we and our customers have the full range of design tools at our disposal. This enables us to make innovative packaging ideas visible at a very early stage. And make product success tangible.
We will be happy to answer your questions.
Q: What if I don't need a completely new strategy, just a new packaging design?
A: Then you will receive a new package design from us. Complete with graphic and structural design, final artwork and proofing.
Q: We are planning an international roll-out for our product. How far can you accompany us?
A: From strategy to local POS. In seven countries on four continents. The local agencies of our global network are deeply rooted in regional culture.
Q: Do you also provide us with a packaging design on the purely graphic level, without including new forms, functions or materials?
A: This happens more often than the holistic approach. After all, there is often little room for manoeuvre in changing technologies, machines or innovative materials.
Q: Do you have a special design philosophy?
A: We did: The bait must taste good to the fish and not to the fisherman. In other words, our design is designed to increase product sales and provide added value for the user.
Q: From your own experience: When is product packaging design particularly successful?
A: Firstly, if you have a clear brand positioning and a convincing appearance at the P. O. S.. Secondly, if it possesses clear, quickly recognisable and relevant product advantages and thirdly possesses the most innovative technical features possible.
Q: Are real innovations also feasible with a new packaging?
A: This is a real speciality of ours. Through the close interaction of strategic product positioning, graphic design, structural design and engineering, we can jointly develop new products that offer real added value.
Q: We only need technical support. Is that possible with you?
A: No problem. There are some clients who commission defined services individually, for example purely technical questions.
Q: In your opinion, what are the most important trends in packaging in the coming years?
A: Let's unpack our crystal ball: Consumer added value, digitalisation and sustainability will become even more important in the future than they used to be. Incidentally, we are already observing these trends today.
Therefore, we are quickly and easily accessible by car, cab and BVG.
From Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER) you can reach us by rental car or cab in 40 min. The main train station is 30 minutes away by cab, the train station Südkreuz only 15 minutes. Or you can simply take the BVG. We would like to welcome you to our hotel.
